The three basic foundations of OPERATION EARTH
A few minutes of consideration tells us with clarity that we cannot expand farming into regions where farm land already exists, and that if our world is to expand it's productive capacity it will have to be by the large scale terraforming of the worlds deserts into usable farmland, which in many circumstance may require advanced local technics as well as national geophysical plans for water useage, reclamation, recycling and usage in an effective profitable manner.
The Empirical Church and it's Empirical Order / Brotherhood will engage in these operations to terraform vast sections of the deserts (one acre at a time) to perfect these methods for global application. The nature of which will include but is not limited to tower and teir based stacking systems hydroponic or otherwise, as well as "sealed green houses" and complete atmospheric controls and AIR recycling systems to prevent all water loses and allow for it's continous reuse year round, allowing for limited water sources to be maximized and allow these advanced farms to become self supportive as far as it's water needs is concerned. Which combined with organic carbon sinking and composting methods will allow for the soil to become richer each year it is farmed.
THESE METHODS ARE ALREADY DEVELOPED AND PROVED BY MODERN SCIENCE AND CAN BE EASILY ADAPTED INTO PROVABLE SYSTEMS AS PART OF OPERATION LOS ANGELES, which is the beginning of OPERATION EARTH where these methods will be applied globally.

The overall result of these efforts will be found to take the form of techincally advanced commune living centers which will serve a very great public service of providing a real housing, training, employing and life fascilitating place people can call home, rather then being left to the streets to die in the gutters. The smallest version of a commune being one small community church location with housing limited to 24 humans, which will organize with all other churches to fund building the larger desert terraforming communes, which may if the local government is allowing, take the form of advanced tent cities, to be built up over time which may house tens of thousands of persons.
In time, we shall expand and as our trained personnel and operations and charitable business efforts shall exceed the housing and charitable needs of any one nation, we shall turn our work potential and gains towards other aspects of OPERATION EARTH, to make possible OPERATION MOON and all the following operations.
Desert communal housing systems will be based around bio-dome central housing structures, which will combine with eco-water-recycling farming systems, and central air recycling and drying systems to allow for maximum water reclamation and garden planting even in the driest deserts.
As mentioned above water management and it's recycled reuse is the only means by which we can transform the deserts into useful farm land, but of course any land is potentially much more valuable and useful than just it's surface potential to produce foods, in fact resource management literally will mean full resource management, which will include but is not limited to recycling, composting, mining, ore processing and refining systems to bring forth all the potential values that our acquired lands can provide. Which in many cases will take the form of actual mines of varied size and potential as well as solar power collection systems and other clean organic efforts, with a focus in making use of mother earth effectively and cleanly in appreciation and transforming our mining tunnels and dig projects into long term useful fascilaties of many varied functions, from communes to power plants or as never ending deep shaft mine operations to provide long term resource potential to the commune habitat built on the surface on terraformed hills and deserts.
These projects as a whole make up the foundations of what are deemed PLAN OF ACTION , as found on the main site, and are as such a simple plan to build, and start building, and continue to build and save, and wisely invest, and save and invest and work and build, in a never ending effort to organize people into effective labors to bring gains and use those gains over time to increase our potential to show the love of God here on earth... show that love in a very literal sense... LOVE IS SOMETHING YOU DO.... and it is something God wants us to do.... and is something God ... and Jesus... commands us to do... to love each other.
Doing so... will give us great power and abilities to build the destiny of our species.
